These terms and conditions govern your use of the Forklift Battery Charger website and the commercial relationship between Forklift Battery Charger and users who access or make purchases through our online store.

1. Products

All products are fresh, new from the manufacturer/distributor. We do not carry reconditioned or used items.

Products are subject to availability. Published images are for reference and may have slight color variations due to your screen settings.

2. Warranty

Items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired/replaced either by ForkliftBatteryCharger.com or the manufacturer, depending on item or circumstance. Forklift chargers under warranty are repaired in the field and are not returned for such service.

3. Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, and Cashier's Check forms of payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor, Hurricane Payments. Forklift Battery Chargers does not store credit or debit card data. All financial information is processed directly by Hurricane Payments under their security protocols.

If paying by personal check, funds must clear the bank before the order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35.00.

Faxed orders must pay by credit card only, unless credit has been approved for a Net 30 status. Credit orders are subject to credit approval, usually from a standard trade reference letter with at least three references.

We accept Purchase Orders from incorporated governmental departments and agencies, medical (hospital) departments, and educational institutions.

4. Orders and Shipping

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day unless the item is a build-to-order from the manufacturer. Forklift chargers are shipped truck freight, and subject to such shipping time frames. UPS Ground items allow up to 6 business days for east coast delivery.

Shipping rates will also include handling and packaging cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are displayed before you confirm your purchase.

5. Receiving Your Order

Always open and inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Damaged packages or merchandise should NOT be returned to us. Keep all packing material with the package, and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. They may want to inspect the box, packing material, and the contents.

6. Returns

Due to the size and shipping expense (truck freight), all effort will be made to verify application forklift voltage, charger amperage, available AC power source, and appropriate industrial connectors.

7. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site and providing your data, you consent to its processing in accordance with that policy.

8. Eligibility

To make purchases on our website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, and source code, is the property of Forklift Battery Chargers or its licensors and is protected by US intellectual property and copyright laws and applicable international treaties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Forklift Battery Chargers shall not be liable for:

• Technical interruptions or failures of the website, payment platform, or third-party services.
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Improper use of products that does not follow the instructions or recommendations provided.

In any case, our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Modification of Terms

Forklift Battery Chargers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Oregon.
