Return Policy

1. Return Authorization
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This may be obtained by phone, fax, email, or in writing. Please contact us to obtain your RMA number before sending any items back.
2. Return Conditions
Due to the size and shipping expense (truck freight), all effort will be made to verify application forklift voltage, charger amperage, available AC power source, and appropriate industrial connectors prior to purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Units must be in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging and instruction manual.
- You must have a valid RMA number.
3. Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee upon arrival and inspection at our warehouse facility, unless the item was an error in shipment from forklift-battery-chargers.com.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items
- Special order chargers are non-returnable.
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Items with missing packaging or instruction manuals.
6. Damaged Packages
Always open and inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Damaged packages or merchandise should NOT be returned to us. Keep all packing material with the package, and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. They may want to inspect the box, packing material, and the contents.
7. Warranty
Items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired/replaced either by ForkliftBatteryCharger.com or the manufacturer, depending on item or circumstance. Forklift chargers under warranty are repaired in the field and are not returned for such service.
8. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us to obtain your RMA number:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with your RMA number.
9. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
